Navigator Credit Union of Pascagoula, Miss., holds more than $240 million in assets. They provide services to more than 36,000 members at their 10 branch locations in Mississippi and Alabama.
BlueSpire completed a brand perception study for Navigator, a long-time client, in order to get a clear understanding regarding what the Navigator brand represents to the credit union's community. The study included an online and print survey to members, phone interviews with members and discussions with Navigator’s senior management. The study was used to develop a brand guide for the team to use in future marketing efforts, which includes the survey findings, positioning statements, graphic standards and more.
