This healthcare client owns more than 75 hospitals across the U.S., allowing each hospital to market and brand itself individually. When the client rolled out an integrated brand with an integrated website style, Bluespire was chosen to rewrite the hospital content with a patient-focused tone and a warm, approachable voice.
Engagement
The Bluespire team conducted stakeholder interviews, created service line value proposition surveys and gathered patient testimonials to discover key differentiators of each hospital before developing content. Even with the need for a consistent tone, content was still tailored to the individual hospital’s offering, location and market.
