This healthcare client owns more than 75 hospitals across the U.S., allowing each hospital to market and brand itself individually. When the client rolled out an integrated brand with an integrated website style, Bluespire was chosen to rewrite the hospital content with a patient-focused tone and a warm, approachable voice.

Engagement

The Bluespire team conducted stakeholder interviews, created service line value proposition surveys and gathered patient testimonials to discover key differentiators of each hospital before developing content. Even with the need for a consistent tone, content was still tailored to the individual hospital’s offering, location and market.

Impact

The Bluespire team was able to roll out the content for 22 of the websites on time and on budget. This included delivering more than 2,000 pages of content to the client for nearly half of the sites in a four month period.
